Dual Meet – El Toro vs Capistrano Valley
This is a scoring meet – Mandatory Meet for Everyone

Athletes – Everyone will participate unless you missed practices or are not ready to compete. Entries/Meet Program for this meet will be sent out Tuesday night through Remind. You can also check with your event coach. Due to an unknown number of participants, there is not a set time schedule. The first event start at 2:45 pm. Dual meets usually last 3 hours or more. Check the Dual Meet Order of Events above for rough start times for your event.
All athletes must stay until the conclusion of the meet. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly! Those leaving early will not receive credit for the meet.
Spikes: 3/16″ pyramid spikes only!
Weather Advisory: Temperatures are expected to be in the low 90s. Please ensure you drink plenty of fluids throughout the day and you are hydrated adequately at the meet. Ice water will be available nearby the team canopies and with the athletic trainer. Please be aware that the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature will be monitored by the athletic trainer and meet manager. If the temperature rises above the allowable limit, the meet may be delayed. Please prepare accordingly!
