Irvine Distance Carnival – Distance Only (400m – 3200m)

Bus Schedule: No Transportation is provided for this meet.
Parking: Parking is available in any of the Irvine HS parking lots and on Escolar street. Arrive early as parking fills up quickly for this meet.
Spectator Fee: $10.00 for general admission and $5.00 for seniors, military and children under 13. Cash and credit card payments accepted.
Athlete Admission: Athletes must be wearing their uniform for access to the stadium.
2026 IDC Entries/Heats With Race Times Added In
Race Schedule Note: This meet will run ahead of schedule if possible. Ensure you arrive with well ahead of your race time (at least 90 minutes before your estimated race time) and keep a look out for meet updates from the coaching staff.
Weather: Temperatures will be in the low-60s for the 3200 races and in the mid-60s to low-70s for the 800 and 1600 races. Some wind gusts up to 20mph are expected during the 1600 heats. There is no rain anticipated.
Results: Live results will be available on the FinishedResults app or on the FinishedResults website – Irvine Distance Carnival Live Results.
Clerk of the Course: The clerk of the course is located on the infield near the start line. Athletes, ensure you are checking in at least 30 minutes before the start of your race. Only those athletes that are participating may be on the infield or on the track area.
Spikes: 3/16″ spikes or smaller only.
Awards: Custom medals will be provided to top finishers in each heat. Top 2 in each 400, top 4 in each 800, top 5 in each 1600 and top 6 in each 3200. The winners of the top heat in each event will also win a backpack.
