Meet of Champions – Invited Distance Athletes Only

Transportation: No bus transportation is provided by the school for this invite; each athlete must provide their own. This meet runs ON TIME or early, arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your race. Allow time for traffic and parking.
Parking: Paid Preferred Parking in the lots on each side of the stadium. Additional parking is on the east side of the campus off of Cedar Ave. There is additional free parking on streets along the east side of the campus.
Athlete Entrance: All athletes are expected to be accompanied by a coach when they arrive. Reach out to your coaches once you have arrived at the meet. Coaches will provide athletes will a green wristband which will allow stadium access.
Admission: Adults: $10. Students with HS ID: $5. Children under 12: Free.
Spectator Instructions: Spectators may not access the infield. However, they may stand outside of Lane 9 on the concrete walkway of the home stretch in “PR Alley.”
Check-In: Athletes must check in at least 30 minutes before their heat. You will be allowed access to the infield to continue warming up. No food or drinks are allowed on the infield, only water.
Spikes: Spikes will be checked at the clerk of the course and in the staging area. 3/16″ pyramids or 1/4″ pyramids are accepted. No needle spikes are allowed!
Snack Bar: A full snack bar will be available. There are also restaurants nearby the stadium.
Awards: Medals will be rewarded to the top 8 finishers of each heat of the 800, the top 10 finishers of each heat of the 1600, and the top 12 finishers of each heat of the 3200.
T-Shirts: Event t-shirts will be on sale at the meet for $20. Sweatshirts and patches are also available. These sell out, so purchase early.
