This is our first invitational event of the season! Please check in with your event coach to go over your plan for the meet, including when to arrive and when to start your warmup routine. The meet schedule provided below is a rough estimate and may change based on how the meet is progressing. Coaches will send out notifications on Remind if the meet is running ahead or behind schedule.
Transportation: No Transportation will be provided for invitational meets. Please meet at Trabuco Hills HS – we will have a team tent area set up in the bleachers.
Spectator Fees: Purchased at GoFan. $16.75 for adults, $11 for seniors and students with ID, $7 for those aged 12 and under. Athletes present their uniforms to gain entry. Spectators will be allowed entry starting at 7:30 AM.
Entries and Meet Schedule: This is a ROUGH SCHEDULE and the meet will run ahead of time when possible. Please arrive at least 1.5 hours prior to your event.

Streaming: The meet will be streamed live on the HDRunners YouTube channel.
Athlete Entrance Instructions: Doors Open for Athletes at 7:00 AM. You must arrive with your uniform and spikes. You will not be provided entry without presenting the spikes in your shoes. 3/16″ spikes only. If you have any other size, you will not be granted access. Please ensure you have these provided to you on Friday to avoid any issues.
Check-In: Athletes must check in at least 45 minutes before their heat. You will be allowed access to the infield to continue warming up. No food or drinks are allowed on the infield, only water.
Snack Bar: Concessions and additional food vendors will be available on site.
