Parent Meeting – Mandatory for All Parents

Come meet the coaches, and parent volunteers and get all the info you need for the upcoming season.
Date: Thursday, January 23, 2025
Location: El Toro MPR
6:00 pm to 6:30 pm for returning parents who want to donate and order gear/spirit wear
6:30 pm to 7:00 pm for new parents to ask questions and get information
Below is the list of items you need to clear to practice/compete along with additional info
- Communication: Join Remind by texting @ethstf (athlete) and @ettfparent (parent) to 81010. All communication will be texted to you through the remind app.

- Step one: Athlete to Captain or Asst Coach
- Step two: Athlete to Head Coach
- Step three: Parent to Head Coach
- Step four: Athlete/Parent to AD/AP
- Athletic Clearance: Must be cleared to participate in all sports. Click on this link for instructions and the Sports Screening form which has to be uploaded online to Athletic Clearance. Athletic Clearance Required Form & Instructions – Sports Screening Form
- Team Contract/Uniform Request Form: Please print this out and bring it to the meeting if not turned in already. Must be turned in to practice/compete. Uniform & Team Contract
